Gym and trainer promo video editing

Short clips for gyms, studios, coaches and personal trainers: class teasers, workout demos, member moments and opening offers, cut from footage you film.

What we make

Class teasers

Fifteen to thirty seconds of a class at full energy, with the name, time and how to book.

Workout demos

One movement shown clearly, with the reps, the cue and a slow motion look at the hard part.

Trainer intros

A coach on camera saying who they train and how, cut with session footage.

Opening and offer clips

A new location, a new program or a challenge, with dates and an end card.

Filming in a gym

Gyms are hard places to film. Mirrors show the camera, overhead lights can flicker on video, and music drowns out a trainer's voice. A few habits help the edit a lot. Prop the phone on a stand at hip height, away from mirrors. Film each movement from the side, so depth and bar path are easy to see. Record a few seconds before and after each set, so there's room to cut. If a trainer is speaking to camera, turn the music down for that take or clip a small microphone to their shirt.

Ask permission before filming members, and keep anyone who said no out of frame. If someone appears by accident, we can blur them.

A look that matches the gym

Send your logo, colors and any fonts you use on signs or the website. Titles, captions and end cards use them, so the clips look like they belong to your gym. If you post often, we agree a template once and reuse it, which makes each new clip faster to brief.

Captions and claims

Most people scroll with the sound off, so every clip gets captions sized for the phone. On screen text sticks to what's shown and what you offer: the class, the coach, the schedule, how to sign up. We don't add body transformation or weight loss claims, and we'll flag any line in a script that promises an outcome.

Batch shoots

One well planned hour of filming can feed a month of posts. Film several movements, a short talk from each coach and some wide shots of a busy class. We cut it into a set of clips and deliver them labeled in posting order.

Questions

Do you post the clips for us?

No. You get the files and caption text, and your accounts stay in your hands.

Can you use trending audio?

Trending sounds are added inside the app when you post. We leave room for them, or add music from a library you have a license for.
