The chart above is the speed plan for one play in a reel. Every play that gets slow motion gets a plan like it, so the ramp lands on the catch and not a frame late. The charts are illustrations, and the timing on a real reel comes from the film.
1. Brief and quote
You share the folder link and tell us what you want back. We check how much film there is, ask about anything unclear, and send a written quote with the scope, revision rounds and a delivery date. Work starts when you accept it.
2. Watching the film
Every game or session gets watched. Plays involving your athlete, or the moments that matter for a promo, are logged with the file and time. For a team recap, we log the big plays for the whole roster plus reactions from the sideline.
3. Play list
You get the list before we cut. Mark what stays, what goes and what should open the reel. This is the cheapest point to make changes, and it means the first cut has the right plays in it.
4. First cut
The plays in order, with spot shadows, slow motion, stat lines, music and color matched across games. You review on a link and leave comments at exact moments.
5. Changes and delivery
We make your changes and export each version you asked for, sized for the platform. Extra rounds beyond the quote are priced before we do them.
